Mick Desmond, Chairman

Mick Desmond’s remarkable career spans an impressive 41 years, embodying a transformative transition from dynamic senior executive roles to influential non-executive chairman and advisory positions. 

His visionary leadership and strategic acumen have made an indelible mark on the realms of sports, media, and entertainment.

Most recently, as Director of the AELTC (All England Lawn Tennis Club), Mick orchestrated all commercial and media activities for The Wimbledon Championships. 

At present, he performs several Non-Executive Chairman and advisory roles that include Chairman of XALT, Member of the M&G Investment Advisory Board, Chairman of Keith Prowse, Member of the BAFTA Advisory Board. His favorite teams are Wales Rugby and Team Europe in the Ryder Cup. He is also a super fan of Wimbledon!
